After chamfering the edge of ice cream stick, ice cream stick pile and surface is with wood dut. Generally, we adopt drying and polishing drum to process wood stick after die cutting machine, but drying and polishing machine is batch working type. Some customer what to make the whole process continuous. So we can connect multi-layer dryer and polishing machine to one full automatic drying and polishing line.

Ice Cream Stick Polishing & Drying is used to dry the ice cream stick, tongue depressor, ice cream spoon, wood batten and match stick. It adopts steam as heating source. Through heat exchanger, we can get hot air to dry the wood stick in the drum. At the same time, the drum keep rotary during drying and wood stick in the drum will polishing each other during this rotary process.
