Rotary Cutting Machine

Our rotary cutting machine uses cutters to peel the wood into veneers of set thickness. The maximum length of wood logs can be 520mm, and maximum diameter of the wood logs that can be processed is 800mm. Machine equips a programmable logic controller and a servo motor to control the thickness of the peeled veneer to achieve human-machine interaction. The thickness of the veneer is adjustable from 0.5 to 6.5mm. It can process 1.5 to 1.7 cubic meters of wood per hour, with large output, excellent system performance, high reliability, and high degree of automation. It is the main machine which is widely used in the production of disposable ice cream sticks, coffee sticks, tongue depressors, ice spoons, and wooden cutlery,etc.
