Coil nail making process:

3. Nail threading machine: This machine is equipped with professional molds, can produce various kinds of shaped nails.It is mainly used to produce screw nail, spiral nail and other new type of nails.

4. Coil nail welding machine: The coil nail welding machine is automatic welding equipment. Put the nails to vibrating disk, the nails will get in welding wheel by feeding tracks in order, weld by two coopered wire, and then through oiled to anti-rusting automatically, drying and counting device, roll it into a dish, cutting off according to the setting quantity of per dish, finally fixed the dish by rubber ring and packing.
