This is the testing result of our manicure sticks production line before sending to our Belarus client. It is good products, high quality.

After the sticks have been cut into fixed length, then need the sticks sanding machine to sanding the round surface, to be smooth and good for hand using. After sanding, will go to next procedure of manicure sticks sharpening machine to get the one end sharp and one end slant, and then go to polishing machine to make sure the stick end finally good finishing. It’s different procedures with the toothpick production line.
