With the development of the economy, people's living standards continue to improve. Dining out, supper at night, and traveling are all occasional things. It is not difficult to see that there are bamboo sticks everywhere.
Food processing factories and supper stalls consume a huge amount of bamboo sticks. It is far from enough to supply so many bamboo sticks only by manual cutting, and now they are all processed by machines.
The general process is as follows:
1. Select bamboos that have grown for three years or more and cut them down.
2. Saw the bamboo into a length of more than half a meter.
3. Split the bamboo into 2.5cm wide bamboo strips with a machine that breaks bamboo strips.
4. Use a layering machine to remove the knots on the bamboo strips, and the thick bamboo strips are divided into two layers.
5. The layered bamboo slices are processed by a bamboo wool forming machine, and the bamboo strips comes out.
6. Bamboo strips can be dried in the sun or dried in a drying room to remove moisture.
7. Cut the bamboo strips into the required length.
8. After cutting, put it into the polishing machine for polishing (polishing is a must, otherwise it will pierce the mouth).
9. After polishing, it can be sharpened. Once sharpened it is ready for sale. The most common bamboo sticks on the market are 3.0mm.
