Drying workshop: Fresh bamboo is rich in water. Bamboo toothpicks need to be fully dried and disinfected to kill viruses and avoid mold. Generally, the moisture content is controlled within 12%.
Cutting machine: The dried toothpick strips are very long, cut into 65mm toothpick length
Polishing machine: Screen out burrs and unqualified toothpick sticks. Polished finish, the toothpick is smooth and clean.
Sharpening machine:According to customer requirements, engrave patterns or sharpen both ends.
Automatic packaging machine: Toothpicks are automatically packed in plastic bags.
