Bamboo Toothpick Production Line

Brief Introduction and Application:

The line begins with the bamboo sawing machine, which cuts raw bamboo into shorter sections of desired length. These sections then undergo a series of processes, including bamboo dissection, bamboo sheet slicing, bamboo stick forming, bamboo stick sawing, toothpick sizing, polishing, sorting, sharpening, and finally, packaging. The finished toothpicks are widely used in restaurants, cafes, and food processing facilities for serving food, also can be used as skewers for barbeque, incense sticks, swab sticks, and other applications.

Bamboo Toothpick Making Machine List:

1. Raw Bamboo Sawer: sawing the aw bamboo into required length
2. Bamboo Toothpick Sharpening Machine: used to dissect the raw to inquired size. The width and thickness are about 60mm.
3. Fixed Thickness and Width Slicer: used to wipe off bamboo joint、refit bamboo brim and split layers. It applies to make required width and thickness of bamboo flake.
4. Bamboo-wool Former: drawing the slice to wirelike bamboo thread. The threads have the same width and thickness as the toothpick. This machine applies to make bamboo toothpick, food pegwood and so on.
5. Bamboo-wool Ruler Fixer: used to set the toothpick length
6. Toothpick Ruler Fixer: This machine is used to set size of wooden or bambo thread. The length is about 65mm, just as the length of toothpick.
7. Toothpick Polishing machine: it applies to round toothpick, wood chopsticks, barbecue, etc.
8. Toothpick Ordering Machine:  put the disorder sticks in order.
9. Toothpick sharpening machine: making the toothpick ends sharpening.10. Blade sharpener: this blade sharpener machine can sharpen flat tooth, tilting tooth, alternate tooth, composite tooth of carbide saw blade and other saw bit.
